Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of retail related work experience
• Knowledge of basic inventory management principles
• Ability to operate in a warehouse environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 51-70 lbs frequently
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal to meet seasonal demands
• Participation in required training on company policies and safety

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location
• Follow the facility and equipment maintenance schedule
• Inventory and distribute products
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested
• Stock and move warehouse product and material
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel
• Maintain the facility and equipment image
• Contribute to goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Collaborate with location manager on safety and compliance issues
