AgVantage FS—Mechanicsville, IA—seeks a Seasonal Laborer, General to support daily operations at the retail supply location. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, delivering products, stocking warehouse items, and assisting operations staff. Requires a high school diploma and 1+ year retail experience.

Candidate must lift 51–70 lbs, work in variable weather, and adapt to non-standard hours to meet seasonal demands. Equal opportunity employer.

• Demonstrates basic business principles of inventory management and mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow the facility and equipment maintenance schedule.
• Inventory and distribute products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility and equipment image.
• Support safety and cost-reduction goals.
• Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.
