• Good judgement, problem solving, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule for complex patients.
• Update registration, scheduling and insurance information in the system.
• Prepare disability and out-of-work/school paperwork.
• Explain financial obligations and regulatory forms to patients.
• Coordinate with multiple systems to support clinical workflow.
• Promote Albany Med CARES and ensure a positive patient experience.
