Banner Health is seeking a Supervisor to support Northern Colorado General Surgery clinics, floating between Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins. You will oversee non-physician staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure efficient patient care across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of staff, and collaboration with physicians to maintain high-quality service, with hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm and no holidays, call or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Two+ years of physician office/medical environment experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or LPN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day non-physician staff and workflow.
• Coordinate reception, scheduling, and patient services.
• Oversee clinic operations across multiple locations.
• Liaise between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain policies, equipment, and supplies.
