Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound management across a mobile practice geographic footprint. You will provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings, with regular rounds at multiple facilities and patient-focused care. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, training opportunities, and a balanced schedule.

The position offers no nights, no on-call, and no weekend duties, with full training and a focus on delivering cutting-edge wound care technologies.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available).
• Mobile practice requiring travel within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in the post-acute care setting, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTAC hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
