Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities in a mobile practice. You will work Monday–Friday (30-hour weeks for part-time options) with no nights, calls, or weekend duties, while advancing wound management through hands-on rounds and real-time documentation.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $350,000 annually with full benefits, paid training, and mileage reimbursement as part of a W2 employment setup.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Deliver modern wound management using proprietary EMR.
• Travel within a 40–60 mile radius to 2–3 facilities per day.
• No nights, no calls, no weekend clinical duties.
