Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to become an expert in wound management, delivering bedside care across facilities within a 40–60 mile radius. Expect a 30-hour work week for part-time options and a standard full-time schedule with no nights or weekends.

The role includes paid training and a fellowship, with weekly wound rounds and real-time documentation in a proprietary wound EMR. Competitive compensation applies for W2 employees with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD/DO license in the state of practice.
• Wound care knowledge and clinical expertise are essential.
• Willingness to work a 3+ day per week schedule and travel within 40–60 miles of the practice location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and care for approximately 20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using our EMR.
