Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to specialize in wound management. The role involves bedside wound care across post-acute facilities with weekly rounds and real-time documentation in our EMR.

The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, with 20–30 patients treated daily. It is a full-time position with no nights or weekend duties, offering paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location; treat ~20-30 patients per day.
