Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to join a national wound care program. This role emphasizes clinical satisfaction, autonomy and balance, with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities to support work-life harmony.

Physicians provide bedside wound care across SNFs and LTACHs in a mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius, delivering 20–30 patients per day and weekly wound rounds. The position includes paid training, a W2 contract, and compensation in the $200,000–$350,000

Qualifikationen

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the state of practice.
• Wound care expertise with bedside management in post-acute settings.
• Willingness to work in a mobile, multi-facility environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (SNFs/LTACs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities daily within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day and document in real time using the proprietary EMR.
• Participate in paid training and wound care fellowship during onboarding.
