Lever, Inc. seeks a General Surgeon to specialize in wound management within a national group. The role emphasizes bedside wound care, weekly rounds, and patient-focused outcomes in post-acute facilities across the region.

The position offers no nights or weekends, with flexible full- or part-time options and a mobile schedule covering a 40–60 mile radius. W2 employment, paid training, malpractice tail coverage, and 20–30 patients per day are typical, with retirement benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients per day.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using the wound-specific EMR.
