Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a General Superintendent – Piping in Cheyenne, WY. You will lead large mechanical and plumbing projects and shape field leadership while leveraging in-house fabrication capabilities to enhance productivity and execution.

You will develop Superintendents, Foremen, and craft teams, influence labor planning and safety, and build strong relationships with customers and trade partners to deliver premier results for complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, or industrial construction experience.
• Plumbing and/or piping experience.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams.
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field.
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution.
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.
