Job summary

Lumicity in the United States (Arizona Water Division) is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to help lead delivery of some of the largest water infrastructure projects in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership of senior superintendent roles on water treatment and wastewater plants, extensive field experience, and a track record of safety, quality, and schedule discipline.

• Senior Superintendent with proven leadership of large water infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs).
• Track record managing ground-up water/wastewater projects valued at $100M+.
• Ability to lead multiple superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Strong safety, quality, schedule, and productivity focus on large programs.

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent leading major water infrastructure projects.
• A strong background delivering Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs).
• Experience overseeing ground-up water/wastewater treatment projects valued at $100M+.
• The ability to manage multiple Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors across complex projects.
• A proven track record of driving safety, quality, schedule, and productivity on large-scale construction programs.
• Experience coordinating with Project Management, Preconstruction, Owners, Engineers, and Municipal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• The ability to build and lead high-performing field teams while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
