Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a General Services Supervisor for a client in Fort Worth. This full-time, 100% onsite role oversees employee services, cafeteria and travel arrangements, lodging accommodations, and facility support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role leads a General Services team, manages vendor relations, and collaborates across departments with the General Manager to optimize operations and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Finance, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Administrative Services, Employee Services, Facilities, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related function.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the General Services team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and effective allocation of responsibilities.
• Manage employee attendance, leave requests, scheduling, and overall team administration.
• Oversee daily operations related to employee transportation services, cafeteria and food service operations, dormitory administration, business travel arrangements, and lodging accommodations for visitors and employees.
• Monitor inventory and maintenance of office supplies, cafeteria equipment, dormitory assets, and transportation resources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Prepare budget requests, financial documentation, and expense tracking reports related to General Services activities; ensure timely payments.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and collaborate with department leaders; support cross-functional projects and audits.
