Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and squat.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Inspect and document vehicle service per repair order.
• Mentor junior technicians and peers.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
