Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to serve guests on time.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear vehicle feedback.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Report safety issues immediately.
• Follow company policies for vehicle care.
• Perform tasks including lifting and handling tires.
