Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication.
• Assist with vehicle service tasks under supervision.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Perform oil drains/filters and tire pressure checks as needed.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Mentor junior technicians as needed.
