Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized service center and follow safety protocols.
• Assist technicians and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Document work performed on repair orders and communicate with guests.
