Description

Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company, has been family operated for more than 67 years with over 1,200 employees. We currently have an opportunity for a General Service Technician. The technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and service standards while adhering to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle repairs such as headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Work with management to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
