About the Role
This is more than a job—it’s a lifestyle leadership role. As our General Fitness Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of HOTWORX Lake Mary, driving membership growth, coaching an energetic team, and creating a vibrant member experience that inspires results. Your mission is to grow our community, crush sales goals, and make every person who walks through our doors feel empowered and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in hitting and exceeding monthly membership and retail sales goals
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Trainer Sales Associates
Create a motivating, energetic, and results-focused studio culture
Develop local brand awareness through networking and outreach
Engage members with fun challenges, promotions, and community-building events
Respond to member needs and feedback with stellar customer service
Manage studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, reporting, and cleanliness
Use social media effectively to increase engagement and traffic
Maintain accountability and organization through systems and metrics
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
Has strong sales experience with a history of crushing goals
Brings natural leadership energy and team-building skills
Thrives in fast-paced, people-centered environments
Is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
Is comfortable with social media and local outreach
Is self-motivated, organized, and ready to grow with the business
Has weekend availability and flexibility in schedule
Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $50,000–$70,000+)
