Job summary

Aerotek in Franklin, IN is seeking a General Laborer for a fully onsite contract position. The 1st shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will remove waste, move materials with pallet jacks, and assist with installation projects while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Expect lifting 40-50 lbs, and reliable attendance is essential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts on concrete floors.
• Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading, packaging, or cleaning environments.
• Ability to use pallet jacks and basic hand tools.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
• Willingness to perform physical work and adapt to different responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Pay: $20/hr
