Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift Food Production role just outside of Waupaca, WI. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict hygiene and safety standards.

The wage is $19 per hour with hours from 3:55pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Ideal candidates are dependable, with good pace and attention to detail and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Reliable transportation is required; site outside Waupaca city limits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Load ingredients into machines and hoppers.
• Place product onto the production line.
• Support other general production tasks as needed.
