Qualifications

• Willingness to get forklift certified.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours in a fast-paced environment; lift/move 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operating all assigned equipment in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, GMPs, and job specifications.
• Monitoring and operating beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Performing equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducting routine inspections and identifying mechanical issues; promptly reporting concerns to maintenance and leadership.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Performing clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Accurately documenting production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks per protocols.
• Inspecting finished and in-process products for defects or quality issues and removing non-conforming items from the line.
• Reworking, repackaging, and relabeling products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Assisting with case packing, palletizing, sorting, and general product handling.
• Moving cases of products from pallets to production line and feeding cans into machinery for packaging.
• Monitoring production lines for jams or material issues and taking corrective action as needed.
• Assisting with proper line setup and ensuring correct materials are used.
• Performing regular case inspections to verify product quality and compliance.
• Supporting loading and unloading of materials and finished goods as needed.
• Maintaining clean and organized work area.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
