Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a companion animal hospital currently hiring for a Lead Veterinarian to oversee clinical operations while maintaining a hands-on role in patient care. The practice supports cats and dogs and combines high-quality medicine with a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with consistent weekday coverage and limited weekend responsibilities. The hospital offers flexibility in scheduling to promote work-life balance.
Role Description And Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will guide clinical protocols, mentor DVMs, and collaborate with the hospital team to ensure excellence in patient care. In addition to leadership duties, the role involves routine medical, surgical, and dental responsibilities. The position is open to experienced veterinarians with a strong interest in leading a team.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
