Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with residency/fellowship in specialty.
• Current or recent experience in the specialty.
• MD or DO licensed by the state medical board; board certification/eligibility in specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations for patients.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective care based on evidence-based medicine.
• Adhere to approved medical orders and practice guidelines.
