Job summary

Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC is seeking a full-time production associate in Goshen, Indiana. Starting pay is $20/hour with a stable 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, and shift hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required to join a growing team. Responsibilities include assembly, unloading, receiving, and shipping duties with occasional forklift operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with consistent attendance.
• Candidate should be motivated and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products on the production line.
• Unload containers and assist with receiving and shipping duties.
• Possible forklift operation as needed.
• Check tire pressure and inspect tires as they come off the line.
• Work with team to meet deadlines and goals.

Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC is a privately owned and operated company that continues to experience growth in our industry. Our company headquarters are located in Goshen, Indiana with rapidly growing locations in Texas, North Carolina, Idaho, Georgia and Minnesota. As a result of our growth we are now recruiting a talented, highly motivated individual for a full-time production position who desires to be a part of building something special.

These positions require assembly work, unloading containers, receiving, shipping duties and possible forklift operations.

Lift up to 75lbs continuously when loading product onto the production line. Check the tire pressure of each wheel coming off the line. Check the quality of each tire coming off the line. Working with the team on the line to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Repeatedly doing the same job everyday.

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency
