Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Round Rock, TX to lead guest-focused operations and drive store performance. You will manage workload, coach hourly team members, and ensure product availability, pricing and merchandising standards across GM areas.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and collaborating with leaders to maintain a safe, compliant, and guest-ready environment while supporting fulfillment and backroom processes as needed.

Qualifications

Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies.
Leading a team by planning department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
Lead the execution of daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals.
Educate team on operational procedures affecting inventory management, stock levels and store profitability.
