Target Tomball is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to oversee guest experience, stock, pricing and backroom operations. You will lead hourly teammates, assign daily tasks, coach staff, and ensure merchandise is in stock, correctly priced, signed and easy to shop.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and a guest-first culture in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are 18+, and may have retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals with guidance from leadership.
• Assist with pick, pack and ship fulfillment and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain product availability with correct pricing and signing on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with leadership directions.
