Target's General Merchandise Sales Executive Team Leader in Rochester, MN leads a dedicated team to drive store sales, manage inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and signing, and to create a guest-obsessed culture focused on the guest experience.

You will develop workload plans, schedule team members, monitor performance, coach Team Leaders, and partner with leadership to plan staffing and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with guest focus.
• Experience managing a team and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Lead scheduling and workload planning for GM areas.
