Job summary

Target in Madison, WI is seeking a General Merchandise Sales Executive Team Leader to drive total store sales and lead inbound/outbound, replenishment, and signing processes across GM areas. You will guide a team to ensure accurate execution, pricing and presentation while delivering a guest-obsessed shopping experience.

You will plan workloads, schedule with Team Leaders, and coach leadership to improve performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage a team that handles inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and signing processes for GM areas.
• Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency.
• Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfilment (if applicable).
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to meet sales goals.
• Develop workload planning and scheduling with team leaders to cover monthly/weekly business needs.
• Coach Team Leaders to elevate skills and performance.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
