Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers, including checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals and adhere to Meijer standards.
• Support training of new team members and cross-training of talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve customer service, store sales, and profitability.
• Monitor product freshness and rotation to ensure quality.
