• Execute daily tasks to meet goals: restock, merch setup, pricing, and backroom upkeep.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Learn and follow operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures; report hazards.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
