Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet, assist guests, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, pricing activities, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to policies; operate power equipment if certified.
