Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to create an inviting shopping experience, help guests, and keep shelves well‑stocked and accurately labeled. You will greet customers, locate items, and assist with checkout or pickup tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort operating handheld scanners and store equipment. Training is provided to develop retail skills at Target.
