Job summary

Impact Kitchen is seeking a General Manager in New York to lead restaurant operations, ensure profitability, and model our brand and culture. The GM will own sales, COGS, people, and standards, while driving guest satisfaction across front and back-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience preferably in restaurant or retail industries.
• Knowledge of federal, state and municipal health, safety and labor requirements.
• Exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Experience in training, orientating and development of new employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Managers and Team Members; oversee scheduling and training.
• Oversee asset management, recruitment, and P&L ownership.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare for quarterly Restaurant Performance Presentations with Directors.
