Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager I - Distribution to oversee operations and transportation in Memphis, TN. This role requires leading a team and implementing strategies to ensure efficient warehouse operations and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain and a bachelor’s degree. A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $155,000 is offered along with multiple benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment required.
• Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) and/or Contract Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff.
