Flecha Cantina is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations of our elevated Mexican dining experience in California. You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and partner with culinary and service teams to maintain our upscale atmosphere.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and profit-driven initiatives, with a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-quality, elevated restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with restaurant management platforms and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all restaurant staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Monitor daily operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
• Develop local store marketing initiatives to attract guests.
