Concord Hospitality seeks a General Manager for the Union Tribute Hotel in Flemington, NJ. You will lead a service-driven team toward exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and financial targets.

Ideal candidates bring organized leadership, strong sales networking, and prior GM or Marriott experience. You will partner with owners and Concord to drive brand training, scheduling, budgeting, and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to lead a winning team of service-driven hospitality professionals.
• Strong sales background and established networking skills.
• Proven ability to drive GSS.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
• Prior Marriott experience desirable and previous experience as a hotel General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel management team and align with brand, owners and Concord to ensure successful operations.
• Coordinate brand training, operational deadlines, budgeting and ordering of supplies.
• Network with city officials as the face of the hotel and maintain community relations.
• Ensure quality guest service and strict adherence to brand standards and financial targets.
