Concord Hospitality is seeking a seasoned General Manager for The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Marriott. You will lead a service-driven team and drive brand standards across operations, guest experience, and profitability.

As the face of the hotel with ownership and the Marriott brand, you will oversee budgeting, supplier ordering, staffing, training, and performance management, delivering exceptional results in a competitive New Jersey market.

Qualifications

We are hiring a General Manager at our The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Marriott.

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager who will lead a team towards success.

The Ideal Candidate

• Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
• Strongsales backgroundand established networking skills.
• Proven ability to drive GSS.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• Prior Marriott experience desirable and previous experience as a hotel General Manager.

As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, operational deadlines, providing attention to detail in ordering of supplies and following budget guidelines,as well as networking with city officials as the “face” of this exciting and upscalehotel.
