Nautilus Restaurant is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Nautilus Pier 4 in Boston’s Seaport. This full-time role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus benefits and bonus opportunities, with a proven track record in hospitality leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of restaurant management, exceptional communication, and the energy to coach a busy dining room, develop staff, and optimize service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to coach and hold a team accountable.
• Strong hospitality foundation and experience with high-touch clientele.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service with a great guest experience.
• Mentor and develop FOH management team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee FOH scheduling, staffing, reservations, and service organization.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development with a strong culture.
• Maintain service standards and operating procedures through coaching.
• Provide constructive feedback and address performance issues fairly.
• Collaborate with culinary/beverage teams for seamless service.
• Participate in financial reporting, inventory analysis, and labor management.
• Support events, seasonal programming, and overall restaurant operations.
