Border Foods LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a General Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead the operation of the entire restaurant. You will build a strong team, drive great food and a friendly guest experience, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role includes managing scheduling, labor, and P&L, delivering exceptional service, and supporting their development, with top pay, bonus opportunities, and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet business and operational demands.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
