Panda Express is seeking a General Manager in Tupelo to lead a $1–2 million restaurant, grow the team, and drive guest satisfaction while steering profitability. You will hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional experiences.

The leadership program spans 5+ weeks of comprehensive training to build high performance leadership, with a focus on people development, guest experience, financials, kitchen and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of Operations experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• Must pass Cooking Test annually.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
