The Store Leadership Training Program spans 6+ weeks to build high-performing leadership capabilities. Competitive compensation includes uncapped profit sharing bonuses and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• Must pass Cooking Test annually.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to achieve service and quality standards.
