Successful candidates will participate in a 6-week Store Leadership Training Program aimed at developing skills necessary for successful management.

The position offers a competitive starting salary of $75K/year with bonus potentials exceeding $100K/year, alongside comprehensive benefits like medical insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of Operations experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• Must pass Cooking Test annually.
