Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑volume restaurant ranked at $1–2 million in annual sales. You will hire, coach, and develop a team while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

A hands-on, fast-paced environment rewards performance with uncapped bonuses and a clear path to a higher title. You will participate in a 6+ week Store Leadership Training Program focused on people development, guest experience, financial growth, kitchen

Qualificações

• Minimum one to two years of operations experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• Must pass cooking test annually.
• Willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.

• Oversee development of your team and guest satisfaction while running a profitable restaurant.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure food safety, inventory control and quality standards across all entrees.
