• 10+ years of management experience required.
• Proven track record building and executing sales strategies that grow revenue.
• Experience owning P&L accountability and monitoring KPIs in labor, inventory, and operational costs.
• Increase efficiency, reduce costs, and expand market share.
• Strong people leadership, hiring, development, and team performance management.
• Customer service and customer retention focus.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement
• College degree preferred; military experience valued
