Job summary

Border Foods in Minnesota is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire restaurant operation and to build a cohesive, high-performing team. You will drive customer satisfaction by delivering fast, friendly service and top-quality food.

You will lead with the company values, manage P&L, hiring and training, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role demands leadership and a long-hour schedule in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and holidays.
• Exempt management position, 50+ hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
