You will lead all restaurant operations, drive profits, manage staff, and uphold our core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment. The role demands 50-hour weeks and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Exempt management role, minimum 50 hours per week.
