Border Foods in Alexandria, MN seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction and uphold our core values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment. You will coach a dynamic team and ensure safe, high‑quality food and fast, friendly service.

This exempt role requires at least three years in restaurant or retail leadership, P&L experience, and the ability to work 50 hours per week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the entire restaurant.
• Build a strong team and ensure great food and friendly service.
