Taco Casa is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Gun Barrel City, TX. You will motivate and train crews, schedule staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The GM will drive service excellence, oversee compliance, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow the business. A passion for food service and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous general management or supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to manage staffing, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
