Role Overview : As a General Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to create a positive culture, uphold high morale, and ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, staffing, development, sales growth, cost control, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Complete all training requirements, including management development and safety certifications.
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold service standards.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing and provide ongoing training and coaching.
  • Create effective work schedules to drive sales and manage labor costs.
  • Manage profitability through sales growth and cost control.
  • Build community relationships to increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other duties as necessary for smooth operations.

Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Open availability, able to work at least 48 hours / week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background and motor vehicle checks required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 3-5 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.

  • Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Communicate effectively and observe the environment attentively.
